Peter Brass is an accomplished financial executive with diverse industry experience and business exposure. He holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Adelaide, as well as a Graduate Management Qualification. Peter has over 25 years’ experience in business and financial management and is a FCPA and GAICD. Peter is a Certified Practicing Risk Manager and has held several board and committee positions across the not-for-profit and local government sector.
Brooke Bauer holds a Bachelor of Media from the University of Adelaide, and specialises in marketing communications. Previously working in the financial services sector, Brooke brings over 7 years’ experience in budget management, marketing strategy and implementation. Brooke has been integral to the advancement of Novafast Holdingsbrand identities and the development of its marketing plan within the overall group strategy.
Renee Figallo has held the position of Company Secretary for the past 5 years. With extensive experience in office management, Renee has been integral to the development and management of Novafast Holdings’ current administrative procedures and quality management systems. Renee has also managed the company’s human resources processes and office fit-outs.
Paul Figallo was integral to the establishment and implementation of the group structure as it is today. Over the years, Paul has negotiated, secured contracts for, and overseen an array of large-scale projects for Novafast Holdings’ subsidiary companies. He also established the group in the international market, presenting at technical conferences in Malaysia.
Charles Figallo founded Novafast Holdings in 1999 and has built the company from the ground up, serving as Chief Executive Officer for 20 years. Charles has over 40 years of business operating experience, as well as an extensive knowledge of composite materials and corrosion protection, having worked in the industry since his teenage years. Charles is heavily involved in various business and community organisations in Adelaide, and was notably awarded the Order of Australia Medal for services to business and community in 2017.
